Leadership Transitions can cause challenging times for churches and groups. I’ve been trained in Transitional Ministry, with transitional experience reaching as far back as 1985, and as recent as 2022..

Covenant Coaching is designed to foster discovery, insight, and action, helping you take positive steps forward in both life and ministry. As a coach, I ask powerful questions, help you uncover the work of the Holy Spirit, and guide you toward building a vision for your future. Coaching helps pastors, church planters, and leaders foster discovery, insight, and practical action in life and ministry. I use the certified COACH® model in my coaching work.
